(6)The appropriate authority must give the Director General any assistance the Director General reasonably requires for the purpose of presenting a case. (6)Subject to paragraph (8), where a date and time is specified under paragraph (5) and. (6)Subject to the harm test and to paragraph (10), the person chairing a misconduct hearing must require the appropriate authority or, as the case may be, the originating authority, to publish the report submitted under paragraph (1).
